YOUR QUICK CHECKLIST
Warehouse QC photo checklist
- Use warehouse photographs of your own order when deciding whether to dispatch it.
- Check the item and option first, then measurements and visible construction.
- Ask for a specific missing view or measurement before making a decision.
QC means quality check. Lovegobuy’s official purchasing guide describes warehouse inspection and photographs after an ordered item arrives. Those images help you inspect what was received before you arrange international delivery.
This page is a reading guide. Your own order’s warehouse images and support options belong in your agent account.
Find the right warehouse record
Lovegobuy’s official guide points to User Center → Warehouse for received items. Open the record for your purchase and match it to your saved product and selected option. If the item has not arrived, check its order progress rather than using a seller image as proof of receipt.
Keep the image sources separate
Seller images show how a listing is presented. Warehouse images show an item received for an order. Buyer photos may show an item after delivery or use. Each helps answer a different question.
The product images in our category edits come from our main product directory. We do not label them as warehouse QC. Someone else’s warehouse photos also need to be matched to the exact source listing and version before you use them for comparison.
First, identify the item and option
Compare the order record with the images: product type, colour, size label and any selected name, number or accessory. If you ordered a set, count the parts that should be included.
Confirm that the photos belong to your order. A convincing-looking image of a similar item does not resolve a mismatch in the record.
Then, check the relevant measurements
For a top, useful dimensions can include chest width, body length and sleeves. For a bag, compare the outside dimensions and the openings you need. Shoes may need a size-specific measurement rather than a label alone.
Check where the tape starts, where it ends and which unit it uses. Measurements taken along different lines are difficult to compare. See our size guide for a repeatable approach.
Inspect visible construction details
Look at the areas that matter for that product: seams, hems, closures, sole edges, strap attachments or print placement. Request another angle if an important part is hidden or blurred.
Lighting can change the apparent colour. Ask for a clearer image when a decision depends on a detail that the available view cannot show.
Use the category to choose the next view: shoes for the size label, pair and sole edges; hoodies for garment measurements and cuffs; bags for dimensions, closures and strap attachments. These are inspection prompts, not results for the products in our edits.
Keep the unanswered questions visible
Photographs cannot establish every material property, authenticity, durability, comfort or long-term performance claim. A close-up can document a visible seam; it cannot serve as a wear test.
Write a specific question such as “Can you photograph the fastening from inside?” or “Can you confirm this measurement for the selected size?” This is more useful than asking whether everything is good.
Write a request that can be answered
Use your order reference inside the agent’s support tools, then state what is missing and how it affects your decision. Adapt these examples to your actual item; they are request templates, not promises about available services or fees.
Please show the selected size label and measure the garment flat across the chest, with the tape’s start and end visible. I need to compare the same measurement with a top I own.
The inside of the fastening is hidden in the current photo. Could you show that area clearly and confirm whether the visible mark is on the item or its packaging?
If another image or measurement is offered as an extra service, check its current price before requesting it. Save the reply with the images so your decision has a clear record.
Check return options before dispatch
If a photo raises a concern, save the image and contact the agent using that order’s reference. Check these three points before you decide:
- Eligibility: whether the seller accepts returns, and whether the item, tags and packaging still meet the required condition.
- Deadline: the current request cutoff for the stored item. Raise the question as soon as you see the issue.
- Costs: whether return postage or service charges apply, and what amount would be refunded.
Lovegobuy’s published return and exchange rules, read on 26 October 2026, make returns conditional on eligibility and seller agreement. The page contains a 14-day seller guarantee description alongside a five-day (120-hour) warehouse request procedure. Ask support to confirm which deadline applies to your order before relying on either period.
Keep tags and packaging in place while you clarify the options. Before waiting to combine items, check the storage deadline and any extension terms in your account as well.
Keep the product record, images and your questions together. Continue to how to use the spreadsheet for the full browsing-to-ordering sequence.
For a problem found after delivery, follow the parcel damage and missing-item evidence checklist. If a refund decision has already been made and you are checking the money movement, use the withdrawal processing and payment-status guide.
Lovegobuy QC photo questions
Where do I find my Lovegobuy QC photos?
The official purchasing guide directs users to User Center → Warehouse after an item reaches the warehouse. Find your own stored item there and check the photographs associated with it.
Does every item in this spreadsheet have QC photos?
Our cards show directory product images. They do not promise access to an order’s warehouse photographs or a searchable QC archive. Check the current product record and your own agent account.
Can QC photos guarantee quality or authenticity?
Photographs can help inspect visible details and document a measurement. They cannot establish every property of the item or provide a guarantee about authenticity, comfort or long-term performance.
