USD amounts are estimates converted from the recorded CNY prices using ECB reference rates dated 23 October 2026 (USD / CNY). Delivery and other charges are excluded. Sunglasses frame sizes, bridge fit & UV information

Lovegobuy sunglasses: read the frame measurements

Ray-Ban explains a common three-number sequence as lens width, bridge width and temple length, measured in millimetres. Copy the markings from a pair that fits you, then compare the full frame dimensions on the record you open.

Do not infer frame width from lens width alone, and do not treat similar numbers as a guarantee of comfort. Shape, bridge construction and the way the temples sit also need consideration. Ask for clear inside-temple and front views when measurements are missing.

UV protection is a separate question from lens colour

The National Eye Institute recommends sunglasses that block 99% or 100% of both UVA and UVB. This is general protection guidance, not a claim about any of the directory records. We have not tested their lenses or verified a protection rating.

Before using an item for sun protection, seek reliable evidence for the exact product. If that cannot be established, choose eyewear with verified protection from a reliable source. A brand name, packaging photo or UV400 phrase in a listing is not our independent verification.

Dark lenses, tinted styles and visible frame checks

The American Academy of Ophthalmology cautions against using darkness as a measure of UV protection. Choose a visual style separately from the protection evidence; a mirrored, blue or brown lens image cannot settle the latter question.

For visible frame checks, compare alignment, hinges and both temples in clear photos. Those views cannot certify optical quality. For prescription use, fit concerns or specific vision needs, ask an eye-care professional about the exact frame and lens requirements.

  • National Eye Institute: protective eyewear

Public guidance on UVA and UVB protection, independent of directory product claims.

  • American Academy of Ophthalmology: choosing sunglasses

Explains why dark lenses alone do not demonstrate UV protection.

BEFORE CHOOSING YOUR EYEWEAR

Frame size, hinges & lens information.

01

Compare the complete frame

Record lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. Compare those figures with a comfortable pair rather than relying on an oversized label.

02

Separate tint from protection

A dark, mirrored or coloured lens is not evidence of UV performance. Check the protection information independently before using eyewear for sun protection.

03

Inspect hinges and alignment

Request front, side and open-temple photos. Photographs can help identify visible asymmetry but do not establish optical quality or safety certification.

EYEWEAR SPREADSHEET FAQ

Lovegobuy sunglasses questions.

Are these sunglasses verified UV400?

No. We have not tested these products or verified their protection claims. The National Eye Institute recommends sunglasses blocking 99% or 100% of both UVA and UVB; appearance alone cannot establish this.

What do the three frame-size numbers mean?

A common sequence gives lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. Confirm the sequence and full dimensions on the particular frame; the linked Ray-Ban guide explains its markings.

Do darker lenses provide more UV protection?

Darkness is not a reliable measure of UV protection. Check documented protection information rather than judging the colour of the lens.

Can I use these as prescription frames?

The directory images do not establish suitability. Ask an eye-care professional and confirm the exact frame and lens requirements before considering a prescription.
