Lovegobuy Parcel Tracking: What the Statuses Mean

Find the right tracking record, read the latest scan in context and prepare a useful question when delivery progress needs attention.

AT A GLANCE

Key points

  • Use the international parcel’s tracking number and the carrier named on that shipment.
  • Read the latest dated event; a label being created is different from a carrier receiving a parcel.
  • Keep the parcel reference, route and last scan together when asking the agent for help.

To track a Lovegobuy parcel, start with the shipment record for the package you submitted for international delivery. Keep its tracking number, route and latest event together. A product order reference helps identify a purchase; the shipment’s tracking number is the reference to use with its carrier.

Lovegobuy’s official service overview describes combining warehouse items for international shipping. When checking progress, distinguish the seller’s journey to the warehouse from your parcel’s journey to your delivery address.

Find the number for the journey you are checking

Open the relevant shipment in the account where you arranged delivery. Copy the tracking number exactly and note the carrier or delivery partner shown with it. Check the number on that carrier’s official tracking service.

Keep a short record of:

  • The agent’s parcel reference and shipping route.
  • The carrier’s name and tracking number.
  • The latest event text, its location and timestamp.
  • Any delivery estimate or instruction currently displayed.

If two numbers appear, ask which one covers the present stage. Keep both with their carrier names rather than trying random carrier selections until one produces a result.

Read a carrier’s status in context

The following are examples from UPS’s status definitions. Use the carrier named on your parcel; these labels do not imply your Lovegobuy route is a UPS service.

UPS status What the event tells you
Label Created The sender’s shipment information has been received; this is separate from possession and movement.
Shipped / On the Way UPS has received the parcel and it is moving through its network.
Out for Delivery The local facility has dispatched it to a driver for final delivery.
Exception An unexpected issue may change delivery timing; read the event details for the reason.

Read the timestamp as well as the status. A screenshot saved earlier in the week may show a different stage from the current tracking record.

What to do when tracking has not updated

UPS explains that a shipment on a long journey may not receive another scan until the next scan location. A quiet tracking page alone does not identify the cause of a delay.

Compare the latest event with the estimate for your own route. Look for an instruction requiring action, a changed delivery date or an address issue. If the status needs explanation, send the exact event rather than only saying the parcel is stuck.

Use this message as an example in the agent’s private support tools:

My parcel reference is [reference], using [route]. The carrier is [name], and the last tracking event was “[event]” on [date]. Is any action needed from me, and which tracking record should I follow next?

Check delivery notices before arranging another attempt

If a delivery attempt is recorded, read the carrier’s notice and available next steps. UPS’s delivery help explains that its notice can identify another attempt or a pickup option. Follow the instructions for the carrier handling your delivery.

For an unexpected text or email asking you to correct an address or pay a fee, first use the delivery-message verification steps to check the request through an independently opened official channel.

For an address question, use our delivery address checklist. Keep parcel progress questions separate from product inspection: the QC photo guide covers the item while it is in the warehouse.

If delivery is complete but the contents are damaged or incomplete, use the received-parcel evidence checklist to organize the packaging, photos and order records for support.

Common questions

Is my product order number the same as my tracking number?

Use the identifier labelled as the shipment’s tracking number. Save the product order and parcel references separately so support can identify the correct record.

Does label created mean my parcel is already moving?

In UPS terminology, this means shipment details have been received. Possession and movement are reflected in later updates. Read the definition used by the carrier on your own route.

Should I use a fixed number of days before contacting support?

Base the question on the route’s estimate, the latest event and any action requested by the carrier. An address problem needs different attention from an uneventful gap between scans.
