Before using a Lovegobuy shipping coupon, find the offer in your own account and check what it can reduce. The useful number is the discount applied to the parcel you intend to send, together with the final amount payable.

Find the coupons attached to your account

Check the coupon actually shown to you. A screenshot from another account or a search result may describe a different offer. Keep the coupon name and its displayed conditions together so you can compare them with the shipment you are preparing.
Separate a product discount from a shipping offer
The official Halloween announcement, visible during our 27 October review, illustrates why the offer type matters. Its displayed dates are 15–31 October. It describes product subsidies with a per-user daily limit and a daily budget, while its shipping perks depend on consecutive daily orders.
Those are conditions of that specific announcement. They do not establish that every shipping coupon has the same limits, or that a reader qualifies for the advertised maximum. This is a dated example to help interpret a promotion, not a standing offer. Check the current announcement and account terms when you intend to use one.
Likewise, a promotion’s total bundle value does not show how much can be used on one parcel. Look at the individual offers rather than subtracting the entire advertised bundle from your shipping bill.
Read the conditions before selecting the parcel
Use this editorial checklist for your own coupon. These are questions to check, not a claim that every Lovegobuy offer uses every restriction listed here.

If a condition is absent or unclear, ask support rather than inventing a rule. The general coupon-viewing article does not settle expiry, stacking or eligibility for every promotion.
Compare the amount actually payable
Record the selected route, destination, quoted freight, any separate service charges and the discount displayed. Compare the same parcel before and after the offer is applied. If you change the route or packing, compare the revised total as well as the coupon amount.
Here is a hypothetical example in USD, not a Lovegobuy offer: suppose a coupon takes $5 off eligible freight of at least $50. If the eligible freight is $48, the assumed threshold is not met. If it is $50, the freight after that assumed discount is $45, before any separate charges. Whether a real coupon uses this threshold or treatment must come from its own terms.
A cheaper-looking discount does not by itself establish a cheaper delivered order. For an EU destination, check the separate import-fee questions against the route’s current terms. A freight coupon does not establish that VAT, duty or other charges are included.
Ask a specific question when an offer does not apply
Save the exact message shown, the coupon conditions and the selected parcel details. Use this example through the platform’s private support channel:
I am checking coupon [name] for parcel [reference], using [route] to [destination]. The eligible amount shown is [amount and currency], and the message is [exact text]. The coupon displays [relevant condition]. Please confirm which requirement is not met and whether it can be combined with [other offer, if any].

Common questions
Does a bundle’s headline value come off one shipment?
Do not assume so. Read the individual coupons, their conditions and the amount actually applied to your parcel. A headline bundle value alone does not establish that all its parts can be used together.
Can I combine a shipping coupon with another promotion?
The general coupon-viewing help article does not establish one universal stacking rule. Check the terms of both offers and the final payable amount, or ask support which combination is allowed for your parcel.
Does this article provide a guaranteed working code?
No. It explains how to locate an account’s existing coupons and read offer conditions. The dated campaign example is evidence of how conditions can differ, not a claim that a code or discount is available to every reader.
